Questions regarding our Terms and Conditions?
We provide furnished short-term – minimum three nights – accommodation on a per night basis. This daily rate varies according to the season; it includes all taxes; no additional fees will be charged other than for cleaning (190 € / stay).

Check-in/-out
Check-in time: from 04:00pm to 08:00pm Check-out time: before 10:00am For Check-in and Check-out outside the normal slots, an additional fee of € 40,00 will be charged; please contact us in-time before your arrival / departure.
Security Desposit
A deposit of 1.000 € is to be paid on the day of arrival in cash. The refund of the deposit will be made – at the latest – 10 (ten) days after of your departure after checking that there is no damage to the accommodation.
Payment policy
40% of the total amount of the booking is payable upon reservation and is non-refundable 30% of the total amount is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival and is non-refundable 30% of the total amount is payable 2 weeks before arrival Stripe is used as a secure way of handling payments - All major credit/debit cards are accepted by Stripe. We encourage guests to buy supplemental travel insurance in the unlikely event you need to cancel your booking due to illness, injury, death in the family, etc. Some credit card companies offer this type of travel insurance.
Care & Use of Property
Smoking is not permitted in the whole house. Any tenant or guest found in violation of this policy could be subject to an immediate termination of the contract, and clients will not be entitled a refund of the rent. Clients may receive a refund of the security deposit less any fees required to repair damage to the property caused by such smoking The tenants shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, pictures, fittings etc. and leave them in the same state of repair and condition and same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at it was at the beginning of the rental period. The tenants should be careful when using the terrace on the top floor. Children must be supervised on the terraces at all times. To provide the best vacation experience the accommodation requests for more guests beyond the maximum number listed (including children) is not possible Out of respect for the neighbors, unnecessary noise and loud music are prohibited on the terraces after 10:00 pm Neither parties nor bachelorette parties are allowed The tenants shall inform the housekeeper immediately in the event of any problem requiring urgent maintenance, such as water leak or drain failure; for the purpose of inspection or to carry out any repairs / maintenance the housekeeper has to get access to the property at all reasonable times Pets are not allowed in the property Subletting is prohibited
Liability
Neither the owners or housekeepers shall be liable to the tenants / clients, guests or third parties for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience which may be suffered, incurred, arise out of or in any way be connected to Clients’ rental of the Property The owners accept no liability for loss of clients’ personal property of the guests due to theft or any other reason while such personal property is located on the property. Guests should take all usual precautions regarding locking doors and windows while their stay at the property
